In the Springs Café & Restaurant, beautiful Georgian architecture combines with simple contemporary style. Here, spa users can enjoy delicious meals, snacks and drinks throughout the day and evening.

With a constantly evolving menu designed for both the health conscious and also those who just want a little indulgence, the choice of food is wide and varied. The majority of produce is sourced locally and dishes are freshly prepared and cooked on the premises.

On offer daily is a colourful salad bar, where guests can choose the elements of their salad and dressing. Freshly made soups, sandwiches and paninis are also on the menu as well as pastries and gateaux. Normally, there is a choice of two main courses plus a vegetarian option and a selection of omelettes.

Fruit juices and smoothies are available alongside a choice of teas, coffees and wines.

• An extra 30 minutes is added to your 2 hour spa session (excluding Twilight Package) if you have a meal or refreshments in the Springs Café & Restaurant
• Robes should be worn in the Springs Café & Restaurant
• Any food or drinks purchased in the Springs Café & Restaurant are charged to your 'Smartband' and paid for on exit
